TAR Lease Guarantor TAA Lease Guarantor
A lease guarantor is usually necessary when an applicant or tenant does not earn more than 3 to 3.5 times the estimated rental amount in gross income per month. Most guarantor forms must also be notarized by a notary public. This can be done typically at most banks. In some circumstances landlords have the option of not accepting tenants that require guarantors in order to lease the property.

TAR Pet Addendum
Although not all properties accept pets, the above form is for those properties that will. This form describes the animal that will be kept at the property. Also, those properties that accept pets usually require a pet deposit.
