The above are versions both TAR (Texas Association of Realtors) rental application and TAA (Texas Apartment Association) rental application.

TAR Lease Guarantor                TAA Lease Guarantor  

A lease guarantor is usually necessary when an applicant or tenant does not earn more than 3 to 3.5 times the estimated rental amount in gross income per month. Most guarantor forms must also be notarized by a notary public. This can be done typically at most banks. In some circumstances landlords have the option of not accepting tenants that require guarantors in order to lease the property.

TAR Inventory Condition          TAA Inventory Condition  

If during move-in you have misplaced your inventory condition form for your new property please use the above form to note any areas that are of concern to you on this form.  Use the form the form type that was used for your application.

TAR Pet Addendum                      

Although not all properties accept pets, the above form is for those properties that will. This form describes the animal that will be kept at the property. Also, those properties that accept pets usually require a pet deposit.
